Meet our team!  

Jerome Isondo Lally is the chief mountain guide and one of the founders of our company. He has been working on Mt. Kilimanjaro since 2001.
After several years as a porter he went on to become an assistant guide for another couple of years
In 2008 he completed the National Park's official mountain guide training which qualifies him to work as an executive guide in the entire Mt. Kilimanjaro area.
Jerome Isondo Lally loves his job and respects everybody who travels with him, tourists as well as staff members. He has hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro and been to Uhuru Peak more than 100 times, which means, he knows the mountain very well and is able to assist climbers with any problems they may have.
You will feel very safe and comfortable with Jerome during your whole trip. He will take good care of you and assist you in any way possible.
